Common questions about contacting our clinic
We typically can schedule new patient consultations within 1-2 weeks, often sooner. If you have an urgent medical need (such as needing to start treatment before cancer therapy), we can usually see you within 1-2 business days.
Please bring your insurance card, photo ID, any previous fertility test results or medical records, and a list of medications you're currently taking. If you're coming as a couple, both partners should attend the consultation.
We work with many insurance providers and will verify your benefits before your visit. Coverage for fertility treatment varies widely by plan. Our financial counselors can help you understand your benefits and explore financing options if needed.
You'll receive instructions by email before your appointment. You'll need a device with camera and microphone capability and a stable internet connection. Have any relevant medical records available, and prepare a list of questions you'd like to discuss.
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. You can call our office or use the patient portal to manage your appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
